£65 per head for 3 courses including a glass of fizz on arrival and tea or coffee & petit fours

Assorted heritage beetroot, whipped English goat’s curd, toasted almonds

Classic Provençale bouillabaisse, saffron rouille, chargrilled ciabatta

Venison Wellington, wild mushroom duxelles, celeriac creamed potatoes, roasted carrots, wilted kale, bitter chocolate & red wine jus

Pan fried fillet of halibut, cauliflower textures, steamed clams, caviar velouté

Potato & celeriac roulade stuffed with wild mushrooms, spinach & goat’s cheese

Chocolate & Baileys cheesecake, blackberry sorbet, white chocolate cremeaux
