This menu is served Monday to Saturday from 12pm until 2pm. Please note this menu will not be available during December.

Today’s Light Lunch Menu
A tender 8oz sirloin steak cooked to your liking, served with juicy Prawns and Garlic Butter.
Wild Game Pie
Tender pieces of Zebra, Venison, Ostrich and Pork, in a creamy rosemary, red wine and red currant sauce. Topped with golden puff pastry.
Trio of lamb Chops
Lamb chops, griddle cooked to your liking, with colcannon and mint gravy, marinated in garlic and rosemary.
Bangers and Mash
Locally made Pork, and Black pudding sausages. Served on a bed of scallion infused mash potato and rich onion gravy.
Fillet of Trout
A fillet of Locally caught Trout pan fried in a duo of savoury butters, served with hot buttered new potatoes and juicy baby prawns.

Liver and Bacon
Lambs Liver, served either Pink or Well done on a bed of Garlic infused Mash Potato. Finished with homemade onion Gravy.
Duck Leg Confit
Slowly oven cooked, served on a bed of chive infused mash. Topped with a rich Green Peppercorn Sauce.

Homemade 8oz Beef Burger, stuffed with Red Leciester Cheese, served in a homemade Bap. Alongside a mixed leaves salad, Weighbridge coleslaw and saute potatoes.
Fresh egg tagliatelle, tossed with button mushrooms, sweet peppers, cherry tomatoes and baby spinach, in a creamy sauce with a hint of sweet chilli, topped with cheese and gratinee.
Bubble and Squeak
Crushed new potatoes with sliced onion and savoy cabbage pan-fried and served with crispy bacon and free-range eggs.
A selection of Wild Mushrooms, in a zingy brandy sauce, with gherkins, lemon and smoked paprika. Served on a bed of savoury rice.

Lamb Rogan Josh
Tender lamb pieces in a classic aromatic Rogan Josh sauce, lightly spiced with fresh tomato and onion. Served with savoury rice, poppadoms and mango chutney.
