Sirloin Steak
A tender 8oz sirloin steak cooked to your liking, served with a creamy mushroom and madiera Sauce.. (£3 supplement).

Homemade Wild Game Pie
Zebra, Venison, Ostrich and Kangaroo in a rich red wine gravy, finished with a selection of wild mushrooms. Topped with golden puff pastry.

Pork Chop
Large bone in chop served with a mushroom and cider cream sauce with dauphinoise potatoes.

Liver and Bacon
Lambs liver, served either pink or well done on a bed of garlic infused mash potato. Finished with homemade onion gravy.

Barnsley Chop
A juicy lamb chop, cut through the centre, presented on a bed of garlic mash potato with lightly minted gravy.

Duck Confit
A large slow roasted duck leg served on a bed of chive mashed potatoes with a rich green peppercorn sauce.

Fillet of Seabass
Panfried with a duo of savoury butters, and served with new potatoes and finished with juicy baby prawns.

Bangers and Mash
Locally made Pork Toulouse sausages. Served on a bed of scallion infused mash potato and rich onion gravy.

All of the above is served with fresh vegetables of the day and dauphinouise potatoes.

Bubble and Squeak
Crushed new potatoes with sliced onion and savoy cabbage pan-fried and served with crispy bacon and free-range eggs.

Mushroom Stroganoff
A variety of wild mushrooms in a zingy brandy sauce, with gherkins, lemon and smoked paprika. Served on a bed of savoury rice.

Prawn madras
homemade curry sauce complete with bell peppers, mushrooms cherry tomatoes and spinach finished with juicy baby prawns and a side of poppadum's and mango chutney.

Smoked Salmon and Prawn Salad
Sliced smoked salmon with juicy prawns, presented with a salad of mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, homemade mayonnaise and Marie rose sauce. Served with warm new potatoes and focaccia bread.

Chilli Con Carne
Homemade Weighbridge Chilli with a bit of a kick, complete with fresh peppers, kidney beans and tomato. Served with a generous helping of savoury rice, cheddar cheese and cheesy puff pastry straws.

Tagliatelle Mexicana
Sweet peppers, button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, in a creamy white wine sauce finished with a hint of chilli Topped with granite cheddar cheese.
