All our desserts are homemade on the premises.

*Prosecco and Passionfruit Sorbet
A refreshing and balanced blend of passion fruit liquor and our house prosecco, lightly frozen to create our delicate sorbet. Perfect for cleansing the palate and a lovely light option for dessert.

Homemade Banoffee Pie
A biscuit base, layered with fresh banana and a rich toffee sauce, topped with a quenelle of Chantilly cream and chocolate shavings, then garnished with fresh seasonal berries.

*White Chocolate and Raspberry Brulee
A rich homemade vanilla crème Anglaise, with white chocolate and fresh raspberries. Topped with golden caramelised sugar, served with our own shortbread and homemade grande marnier ice cream.

Honeycomb and Chocolate Cheesecake
Our menu is incomplete without this favourite, a biscuit base, topped with creamy honeycomb and chocolate cheesecake, drizzled with warm toffee sauce and garnished with fruit.

Traditional Weighbridge Strudel
Our take on a traditional strudel, baked until golden and served with rich vanilla custard.

*Scotch Mist
Lightly frozen, whipped Cream, with crushed homemade meringue, laced with honey and finished with a nip of scotch whiskey.

Sticky Toffee Pudding
Sticky toffee pudding, made traditionally using dates, served warm, with a hot toffee sauce and homemade grande marnierIce Cream.

*Chocolate Brownie Sundae
Warm chocolate brownie layered with Belgian chocolate sauce, topped with delicious baileys ice cream. Freshly whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Apple and Cinnamon Crumble
Our own homemade apple and cinnamon crumble, served with homemade vanilla custard.

Fresh Berry Pavlova
Homemade pavlovas filled with Chantilly cream and fresh seasonal berries. Drizzled with raspberry sauce.

*Chocolate and Orange Mousse
A rich and smooth chocolate and orange mousse served in a homemade chocolate cup, topped with fresh raspberry coulis and grated chocolate.

Taster Plate
A selection of miniature desserts to include; A warm homemade chocolate brownie chunk with hot chocolate sauce, a mini white chocolate and raspberry brulee, a slice of honeycomb and chocolate cheesecakealong with chocolate and orange mousse.

The Weighbridge Cheese Feast. A selection of hard and soft cheeses, from our Trolley, served with homemade chutney and biscuits.
