All our desserts are homemade on the premises.

*Raspberry and Gin Sorbet,
A refreshing and balanced blend of fresh raspberries and our house gin, lightly frozen to create our delicate sorbet. Perfect for cleansing the palate and a lovely light option for dessert.

Homemade Banoffee Pie,
A biscuit base, layered with fresh banana and a rich toffee sauce, topped with a quenelle of Chantilly cream and chocolate shavings, then garnished with fresh seasonal berries.

*Traditional Brulee,
A rich homemade vanilla crème anglaise, topped with golden caramelised sugar, served with our own shortbread and homemade strawberry ice cream.

Baileys Honeycomb Cheesecake,
Our menu is incomplete without this favourite, a biscuit base, topped with creamy baileys, honeycomb and chocolate cheesecake, drizzled with warm toffee sauce and garnished with fruit.

*Christmas Pudding,
Homemade, of course, to be gluten and dairy free (without sauce). Matured for 12 weeks, steamed forever and served with a rich brandy sauce.

*Strawberry Soup,
Homemade strawberry soup, served with a quenelle of ginger cream, garnished with fresh mint and white Chocolate snow.

Sticky Toffee Pudding,
Sticky toffee pudding, made traditionally using dates, served warm, with a hot toffee sauce and homemade Baileys Ice Cream.

*Salted Caramel and Chocolate Brownie Sundae,
Warm chocolate brownie layered with Belgian chocolate sauce and infused with salted caramel, topped with delicious homemade Baileys ice cream, freshly whipped Chantilly cream and grated chocolate.
