All our Desserts are Homemade on the Premises.

* Gin and Lime Sorbet
A refreshing and zingy gin and lime sorbet, perfect for cleansing the palate and a lovely light option for dessert.

Homemade Banoffee Pie
A biscuit base, layered with fresh Banana and a rich Toffee Sauce, topped with fresh cream and Chocolate Shavings, then garnished with fresh seasonal Berries.

* White Chocolate and Raspberry Brulee
A rich White Chocolate Brulee, filled with fresh raspberries, and topped with Golden Caramelised Sugar, served with homemade Shortbread and Raspberry Ice Cream.

Honeycomb Cheesecake
Our menu is incomplete without this favourite, a biscuit base, topped with creamy Honeycomb and Chocolate Cheesecake, drizzled with warm Toffee Sauce and garnished with Fruit.

Homemade Lemon Tart
A sweet pastry base tart, filled with a light and refreshing lemon glazed centre, served with a raspberry sauce and fresh fruit garnish.

* Weighbridge Black Forest Meringue
Chunks of homemade meringue, layered with Cream and a mixed berry Compote topped with Chocolate Shavings.

Sticky Ginger and Apricot Pudding
Sticky Toffee pudding with a twist, infused with Apricots, fresh Ginger and Apricot Liquor served with a hot Toffee sauce and Homemade Baileys Ice Cream.

* Chocolate Brownie Sundae
Warm Chocolate Brownie layered with Belgian Chocolate sauce, topped with delicious Baileys Ice Cream. Freshly whipped Cream and grated Chocolate.

Dutch Apple Crumble
Our own homemade apple, cinnamon and sultana crumble, served with homemade vanilla ice-cream or custard.

* Homemade Chocolate and Orange Mousse
A blend of milk chocolate and orange in a light mousse laced with Brandy, served in a Brandy Snap basket with an orange and grand mariner sauce.

Bread and Butter Pudding
A traditional Bread and Butter Pudding soaked in Crème Anglaise, and served with homemade Baileys Ice Cream.

Scotch Mist
Lightly frozen, whipped Cream, with crushed homemade Meringue, laced with Honey and a nip of Whiskey.

Taster Plate
A selection of miniature desserts to include; A warm chocolate brownie chunk with hot chocolate sauce, a mini white chocolate and strawberry brulee, a slice of honeycomb cheesecake and a rich chocolate and orange mousse.

The Weighbridge Cheese Feast. A selection of hard and soft cheeses, from our Trolley, served with homemade chutney and biscuits.

If you are seated upstairs, you will have to join us downstairs to make your selection.
