A refreshing and zingy Limoncello and mint sorbet, perfect for cleansing the palate and a lovely light option for dessert.
Homemade Banoffee Pie
A biscuit base, layered with fresh Banana and a rich Toffee Sauce, topped with a quenelle of Chantilly cream and Chocolate Shavings, then garnished with fresh seasonal Berries.
* Baileys and White Chocolate Brulee
A rich white chocolate and baileys Brulee, topped with Golden Caramelised Sugar, served with homemade Shortbread and homemade vanilla Ice Cream.
Our menu is incomplete without this favourite, a biscuit base, topped with creamy Honeycomb and Chocolate Cheesecake, drizzled with warm Toffee Sauce and garnished with Fruit.
* Strawberry Weighbridge Mess
Fresh strawberries, layered with homemade meringue, fresh Chantilly cream, and homemade strawberry sauce.
* Jamaican Mist
Lightly frozen, whipped Cream, with crushed homemade Meringue, laced with Honey and a nip of spiced rum.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Sticky Toffee pudding, made traditionally using dates, served warm, with a hot Toffee sauce and Homemade Grand Marnier Ice Cream.
* Chocolate Brownie Sundae
Warm Chocolate Brownie layered with Belgian Chocolate sauce, topped with delicious homemade Grand Marnier Ice Cream. Freshly whipped Chantilly Cream and grated Chocolate.
Apple and Summer Berry Crumble
Our own homemade apple and summer berries crumble, served with homemade vanilla ice-cream or custard.
*Fresh Fruit Salad
A mixture of fresh seasonal fruits, soaked in apricot syrup, served in a brandy snap basket with homemade vanilla ice-cream.
An Italian classic, Marsala and coffee soaked sponge fingers, layered with a mascarpone cream cheese. Drizzled with a white chocolate sauce.
A selection of miniature desserts to include; A warm chocolate brownie chunk with hot chocolate sauce, a mini white chocolate and baileys brulee, a slice of honeycomb cheesecake and a scoop of Jamaican mist.
The Weighbridge Cheese Feast. A selection of hard and soft cheeses, from our Trolley, served with homemade chutney and biscuits.
